Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Molimur collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Molimur’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Molimur’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Molimur may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Molimur also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for users. Molimur only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below. When engaging with other users on our site, our services display information like your name and email address to other users in places like your user profile, a sketch or folder share list, sharing notifications, and contact list. Certain features let you make additional information available to other users. For example, in shared spaces, such as shared folders, shared sketches, and public sketches, other users may join the sketch or folder you currently reside, but only if your status is set to available.

Certain visitors to Molimur’s websites choose to interact with Molimur in ways that require Molimur to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Molimur gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at SketchTogether.com to provide an email address. Those who engage in transactions with Molimur are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Molimur collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Molimur.
